Six cabins opening July 2026

Remember who you are when the noise fades away

Rooted here

A Newfoundland architect designed your cabin. The exterior wood and floors came from a mill on Cottle's Island. Your coffee mug was handmade by Cup Studios in Twillingate especially for us. The hands of local makers run through every detail.

What's in your cabin

  • Floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views
  • Wood stove with firewood
  • Rainfall shower
  • Heated bathroom floors and towel rack
  • Kitchen with cooktop, sink and fridge
  • King bed (converts to two twin XL)
  • Locally roasted Cape Coffee
  • Breakfast each morning
  • Wi-Fi, climate control

All you need. Nothing you don't.

What's not

No TV. The view does the work.

Our Southern Shore

Less than an hour from St. John's, step outside to hike or kayak one of North America's wildest coastlines. The East Coast Trail runs past your door. The sea is your front yard.

FAQ

Arrivals & Check-in

Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am.

We're on the Southern Shore in the Town of Cape Broyle, part of the Irish Loop. Give yourself an hour from downtown St. John's—more if roads or weather aren't cooperating.

Park at The Greene's House. From there, you'll walk on a gravel path to your cabin. Some cabins are close with a gentle slope. Others are further up with a steeper incline—about 2-3 minutes uphill. The path can be uneven. We can help carry your bags to any cabin.

The Greene's House is fully accessible. One cabin is fully accessible with dedicated parking right at your door. Other cabins require a short walk on gravel paths. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Food & Meals

Breakfast each morning—yogurt and homemade granola. It's in your cabin when you wake up.

Land to Sea dinners happen Thursday, Friday, and Sunday evenings. Cooking classes run on Wednesdays. Both are booked separately—we'll send you the booking link when you reserve your cabin.

Yes. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself.

When we're not hosting dinners or classes, yes. Pull up a chair by the stove. Alex is usually around.

Guests & Pets

Two guests maximum. Each cabin has a king-size bed that can be split into two twin XL beds upon request with a divider between them. We can also provide a Pack 'n Play for a baby.

Yes. Cabin #5 is pet-friendly for an additional fee.

Opening Season

The cabins are complete. The landscape is newly planted—gravel paths, young trees settling in. Our wellness zone (sauna and hot tub) arrives in 2027. We've priced this season accordingly.
